Filming Permissions

I have sent a letter/email to all of the locations I wish to film at that will require their permission to do so. Below is an example of a letter I sent to the hotel I want film at. 

Sending this letter to the hotel allowed me to gather the permission to film without getting in trouble, it also helped me plan when to shoot certain scenes as I needed to consider the availabilities of locations.

Above is the response I received from the manager of Miraluna Hotels. He confirmed that I could film at his hotel in Rhodes between the 24th July and 1st August.
