Shot-List

Shot-List:

A shot-list is a document that lists and describes the shots to be filmed for the music video. The shot-list helps the director, producer, cast and crew all understand what shots will be filmed and in what order I wish for them to be edited in.

Below is the shot-list I created for my video. It includes; the shot number, what scene it is, the description of the scene, the framing, the angle, the perspective and the motion of the camera. I researched many examples of shot-lists on the internet and created this one from the examples I found.




In conclusion, making the shot-list will help keep me organised and also to remember which order I want film and edit shots in. I have included the descriptions of shots as the scenes are named the same because they are filmed in the same location, however the shots are different. Therefore the description helps me to understand which shot is which.
